"This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. "Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

It had an amazing view over the slopes but the room was right above where all the deliveries came on skidoos, consequently the room was really noisy if you wanted to sleep with the window open (and even with it shut, to some extent).
