"The bathrooms by the pool where always filthy and the ceiling was leaking water going in and out the door. The food and service in Ginger was horrible but all the other restaurants was top notch! The people dealt with except waiter at Ginger were amazing!! Everyone happy and friendly and super efficient and professional. "We love it here. The hotel is very modern and renovated. The rooms are beautiful and the view from any of them is spectacular.The staff is amazing no matter where you go. Clean. Fun. Very good food. Unbelievable beach and water. Beautiful pool. And a short walk right down the street are great restaurants and shopping. An easy taxi ride to anywhere else in the island. We’ve been here twice in the last 10 months And four times in the last two years. We are already planning our next trip back."

"This is a great hotel. Easy booking of beach umbrellas and chairs via app the day before (you don't have to wake up at 6am to reserve chairs). Great restaurants around hotel. Clean rooms, a little outdated but clean and still well furnished. They're building another wing so some construction noise in October 2024 when we went.
