"Stayed over thanksgiving holiday, the hotel decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful!! Breakfast buffet was amazing! Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful and pool was clean. "Room nice and clean, great TV , heat system not so good. Called front desk to have it looked at waited 45 minutes- no one came. During check out I was told why they charged me 50.00 too much but employee was what it seemed to be on a personal phone call at the same time as she was talking to me. Restaurant had a nice menu.., lights so bright- no ambience. Air conditioning on… very cold but it was adjusted when I asked them to do so. I did get my cookie!!"

"The Hotel was very convenient for our three day weekend. If you’re touring the museums and historical sites this is perfect. Hagley, Winterthur, Brandywine arts museum and Longwood gardens are 20 minutes away. There’s plenty of restaurants around for what ever you’re looking for! "We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. "
