"The room I stayed was very nice. However, I did not receive a room service (trash was full, bed was not made, no new linens were provided, etc. and I even had pile of dirty linens ready for pick up) after when I got back from the conference. Was a bit disappointed, I paid a lot for the room and did not get what I was expected. The breakfast was very good.
