The property looks abandoned and there are homeless people living there. I saw them roaming around the property and inside the place as well....staff was useless as they didn't provide any information as to why they couldn't attend me. This place is a homeless shelter , not a hotel.

We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite. The hot tub was very nice but it didn't even have a plug. All in all the room was nice. The AC did not work properly though by the bedroom and the breakfast was horrible. Nothing was restocked and it did not taste. Very good. Staff was very nice and generous.

It was not good at all for the price - it was very crowded and very noisy - all hotels charge a deposit of 25 to 30 dollars, even the Hilton hotel, but they charged 100 dollars

Wasn’t very clean. Had to practically beg for a room on the first floor . Upon arrival, noted a few suspicious men just standing around , hanging in the parking lot , which made me nervous because one guy in particular kept pacing back and forth
