"Shower no hot water for 2 days.did contact owner and plummer came.then the water was so hot you couldnt stand it..also didnt say that there are 32 steps to roof terrace. We are OAP so found that hard.if we left drink in kitchen after getting to roof terrace. We would do with out for a while before going down to kitchen"

"The townhouse was as expected, a spacious house with a great roof terrace with plenty of seating and a great gas barbecue. The lounge was light and airy having been decorated in white. However, the hallway and stairway could have done with repainting which could also lighten up that area to make it more welcoming. The paintwork on the handrails also needed a deep clean, not the job of the cleaners who were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised at the white goods in the house....a dishwasher...

"We had a wonderful stay. The owners are so lovely and considerate, providing transport to and from the airport, and giving us a welcome food package on our arrival. The house is comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was quiet and clean. It’s a short walk down steps to the many restaurants, shops and bars and an easy walk from there to a children’s play centre, crazy golf, sea front shops and eateries, the beach club and Puerto Rico’s beach. Taxis are quite cheap and buses are nearby...

"A fantastic apartment very clean and has everything you need, hosts were very nice and welcoming, the welcome pack was exceptional and helped a great deal..Very close to shops and bars and restaurants, a short walk to the beach too…The lift to the apartment is so close by…Only one downside but expected as so close to nightlife, noise from music bars, but definitely hasn’t put us off and we are returning in November again for another fantastic 3 weeks 👍"

"WOHNUNG und Pool insgesamt schön, aber leider nicht sauber, überall Staub auf den Flächen, Kühlschrank und Bad müssen mal gründlich gereinigt werden, nachdem ich über die Klobrille gewischt habe war das Feuchtttuch braun, der Pool wirkt privat aber was einem niemand sagt ist das auch Personen von vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen in der Nähe dort Zutritt haben. In der Wohnung zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle um dort zu essen. Außenbereich teilweise renovierungsbedürftig Nur 1 Schlüssel für 5...

"Jenny was great at answering all my questions, was really helpful and ensured when we arrived we will met at the villa. She also messaged part way through the holiday to check we were happy with everything. Everything was really easy when booking, communication was great."

"La estancia está bien,y funcional el apartamento pero si es cierto que con la comunidad de vecino mal cuando no tenemos culpa que falten cosas como para tender la ropa y se nos llamen la atención puesto que éramos cuatro personas y que en todo momento comunicamos que el apartamento era para nosotros trabajar y no está bien este problema muchas gracias "
