"The property was in a great location for walking to everything in Palermo we wanted to see. We appreciated the additional suggestions by Wonderful Italy of things to see and do in the city. While A/C was advertised, we never received the remotes to turn it on. Thankfully, the windows had screens so we were able to open them for better air-flow."

The apartment is very cosy and tidy/clean, located in a great part of Palermo with walking distance to some great restaurants and points of interest! "Rosalia and her daughter were there at check in to great us and review the apartment. Very lovely people. The kitchen was nicely stocked, which made settling in easier. The neighborhood is next to the Norman Palace and the main tourist street. It took us 15 minutes to walk from the train station. It is on the noisy side and not in the cleanest part of town. Thankfully there was a nice fan that we kept on at night for comfort and dull the courtyard and street noise. A/C in bedroom. No tp allowed...

"We had an excellent stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of the old city. This place is conveniently located above the colourful historic market, very close to Teatro Massimo, and a walking distance to the Cathedral and many other places we visited on our 4 day trip. Excellent communication with the Daniela and her husband. They greeted us with local sweets, cannoli and a 7 layer cake. The apartment was well stocked and spotless clean. We highly recommend it."

"The apartment is in a historic palazzo with a large courtyard behind huge ancient doors from the street. There is a marble staircase that leads up to the unit. All is rustic & elegant at the same time. The unit is large and the bedroom/ sitting room has a beautiful frescoed ceiling and two large windows that open on to small secant street with another palazzo across. The kitchen & bath are a little rustic but have a shabby chic European charm. It could use a better coffeemaker. We were met by...

"The location was great. The shower did not drain. We agreed to meet at 3:30 over the phone and then no one showed up until 4:15. Massimo was very helpful with troubleshooting and recommendations but did not know about the meeting time. "

"Siamo arrivati , e non c'era nessuno ad attenderci ho dovuto chiamare più volte per mettermi in contatto con la padrona di casa , ha mandato un ragazzo dopo piu di un'ora ad aspettare fuori la porta..poi saliti su era tutto sporco , non avevano pulito siamo dovuti riscendere per far pulire la casa e siamo stati 3 ore fuori , poi finalmente arrivati nella casa , abbiamo visto che non funzionano i televisori nelle camere , e non è vero. The garden access was a lovey surprise and wonderful for evening aperitifs. Thanks for the recommendation to eat at the Pizza lab. It was fantastic!
