After having major issues with the reservation I booked at The Hampton Inn West Monroe, I decided to try the Monroe one instead...and I was happy I did! Levi was awesome at check-in and very efficient in helping me address the problem I had at the West Monroe location in regard to rude staff. Levi definitely changed my prior negative opinion to a positive one at his location. I enjoyed my stay and was able to talk to the manager at checkout...shecwas extremely kind as well. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

I truly enjoyed the property. We were given the wrong room initially but quickly accommodated by Semaj. He was FANTASTIC and courteous. We did have a signal/cable tv issue. We were NOT graciously helped by Levi but we watched the few channels that were available. I personally rate the 4 night room stay 4.5 ( thats only because of the Mr. Levi's rude service). I will stay AGAIN if I am ever in Monroe. Happy Holidays
