This place could be really nice with the correct staff and ownership. Manager was rude, toilet paper was out in all the bathrooms. Arcade was suppose to be open until 9pm and worker had us leave at 830 so they could start shutting machines down? Lots of potential but very disappointing.

They didnt indicate the water park passes are not included with the room purchase through Third-party companies. I called the day before to check the time of the pool closing and a rep said 10pm. We got there at 7:30pm, and the park closed at 9pm, and the hotel inside pool at 10pm. They charged us $100 - $50pp for 1 1/2 hours, and the wrist bands were only good until 12pm the next day. I would have waited to buy the day passes the next day. Its unfortunate, but worth a lesson to not learn again.

Upon arrival, the room i booked and paid for was unavailable. The staff was very rude and it was a high stressed situation. The hotel itself was not clean and the bathroom in the room barely flushed. THE BRACELTS FOR THE WATERPARK ARE NOT INCLUDED, which is NOT obvious . They say the arcade and waterpark are open until 9pm but they kick everyone out at 8:30pm by screaming and blowing a whistle. It is overpriced, staff is rude and hotel is gross. I will never be back.

This water park resort exceeds expectations, rivaling its larger counterparts. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and accommodation, despite being slightly understaffed. Our room was immaculately clean, and the water park facilities were pristine, warm, and ideal for families with children. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to our next visit."
