"We came as a family of 4. We loved the pool for the mornings before going in the car exploring Brussels / Brugge / Ghent etc etc. We loved the breakfast, it was fabulous! Great quality and range. The pool indoor and outdoor was great ( set times for kids in the indoor pool but that didn’t bother us as our kids are early risers so we were straight in the pool before breakfast). Beds were SUPER comfy, bathroom was great loved that they gave the kids their own wash stuff, the balcony was great too and loved the fact the windows opened half or full to balcony ( safe for the kids) Also loved the parking free on site and also that the hotel were quick to lend us an iron. The coffee machine in our room didn’t seem to work but again didn’t bother us as we got it at breakfast anyways. Only thing I’d say is to get rid of the play area in the dining hall for kids - the parents just use it as an excuse to leave their kids in there to make a huge load of noise whilst they sit right round the corner not bothering to watch them. Overall we loved our stay "

"Good position, close to gare central from where you can reach the airport easily. Close to shopping centre and different restaurants. Hotel clean with big room."

"Stayed 2 nights at the start and end of a trip to Europe. I would recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, even with 4 adults and 1 dog. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and had everything you would expect. A usb port in the room would be useful but other than that I can't offer any room for improvements. Easy hotel to get to, with free secure car parking. The breakfast has a more European feel than some hotels with a large choice. It is a medium sized hotel with everything you will need. We will certainly be going back when in the area. Of note when we arrived on the first night the lady on reception welcomed our dog with a free bowl of biscuits. Fantastic."
