"Like: I had to call the number posted on the front door when I arrived. The call was answered quickly and the host came immediately to check me in. She also added a heater to my room to help heat it up (without me asking). She was very friendly and confirmed where I could grab some food. She came up and knocked shortly before 9pm to make sure I was warm enough and ask if I needed more blankets. I could smell the detergent on the sheets (not sure about the blankets though) Didn't like: The room...

"Our family went on a quick weekend trip, booked two nights here for reasonable price; it was obviously recently renovated so it should have been nice and clean however, the walls were filthy with feet prints and such. Also the chairs were banged up and the cloth was totally disgustingly dirty. The beds were very comfortable though and the lady was super nice so I hate to complain, just being honest though!"

"Our stay was ok except for when I checked in the room was already paid for then I was asked for my credit card and was charged for essentials what were they I don't know because I asked and the front desk person never answered me I thought all hotels come with towels ice bucket soap toilet paper so what exactly were the essentials I was charged for I will never know."

"It was nice and clean and service was good. I think the breakfast could have been a little better for example only pork was served for meat at breakfast. I don't eat pork and I am sure there were some other people who don't either. Also it would have been more convenient if there was a shuttle from the airport to hotel and back.
