I made an extremely last minute booking and checked in well after midnight. The front desk was very welcoming and the room was large and clean. Very appreciative of the hospitality at this hotel. Would recommend!

The hotel stated it had a restaurant and bar, it did not. You know what it did have ? Bed bugs! Stay away from this rat nest and would not even offer a refund! Stay far away!!!!

Hotel was clean to stay but very noisy, hear people talking loud at 2am. 6am it’s lots of noise from cafe behind fence. Also, my business plans change and I stay 2 nights less out of 4 initial reservation . Hotel Recepción told me that no refund will issued.

Está cerca de Palacio y catedral puedes ir a pie se ve tranquilo al rededor personal muy amable si acaso le metería un poco de calidad en el Jabón y shampoo por el costo que tiene

La propiedad está muy limpia, la cama tenía un ollo en medio el colchón era muy incómodo y rechinaba cada que uno se movía, te cobran $500 que por que según fumaste adentro de la habitación sin haberlo hecho, se meten a la habitación sin tu permiso, no me robaron nada pero si encontré las cosas movidas de lugar después de esto me cobraron los $500 que por qué el baño olía a cigarro, osea si se metieron a la habitación y te cobran en modo grosero e intimidante, repito todo el hotel en general está bastante limpio, tienen café, agua y té de cortesía.

En el ultimo dia de estancia no hubo agua caliente, el dernaje del lavabo se rompio, el telefono no funciona para poder comunicarse a la recepcion, el control de la television es un total descontrol, cama durisima. Son una calamidad.
