"The villa is very well laid out with large rooms. We enjoyed having our own pool and used it every day. The location was good because we didn't want to be in a resort and having a car made it handy to visit the attractive and less crowded parts of the Algarve."

"Property was still being prepared 2hours late Property was non smoking but stank of smoke (previous guests?, cleaners?) Pool was full of flies so had to clean myself. Marble surface in the kitchen was cracked and we were told no to use it, so didn’t have a functioning kitchen for the visit. Only bedding was a thin blanket or a stained duvet without a cover so had to but our own bedding on arrival. "The stay was good but with some remarks: - some fourniture is outdated (chairs in kitchen and sofa ouside are worn out) - very bad smell in the washing room - you need a car for visiting the city (more than 30 minutes of walk) all issues and problems were solved quickly by the support and service team - very good communication"

"The hotel and staff were quite lovely during our stay. Unfortunately, we went during the low season and I definitely do not recommend doing that. There wasn't much to do in the surrounding area but that isn't really the hotel's fault. The one thing I will say that was not satisfactory at the property was the breakfast. For £35, I expected at least a little bit better of an offering from the buffet. Everything was quite stale and not many options. We elected to purchase the avocado toast which seemed more like an avocado spread than actual avocados (Avocados seem difficult to get in this region of the world as I have not had great luck in Europe in general finding fresh avocados like you can in the US). Other than that, I highly recommend the property as the rooms were extremely clean, very large, and the design is quite cool. It looks much better in person than it does in photos for some reason. Also, the staff was so friendly as you come to expect when visiting Portugal, it's just a totally different vibe from the people in the US and other parts of Europe. "
