"It takes a bit of a drive to get into the property from one the more bigger roads but it is what makes this place so charming and beautiful among stretches of vineyards. The food and wine here were also amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are super clean and charming as well. Loved my stay here and would definitely stay again!"

"This property was so perfect for our Tuscany stay! The rooms are decorated beautifully, the grounds are gorgeous and it was just. Few minutes from Montepulciano, perfect for day trips. Matteo was kind and extremely helpful in all aspects, the communication was excellent. You can tell the family takes a lot of pride in this property and cares about their guests. We highly recommend!"

"My husband and i stayed in the Treehouse suite for our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was so special. Our room was nestled among the olive trees with a fireplace, incredible shower and gorgeous views! The breakfast the next morning was delicious and the service was great. The pool area is relaxing and has the most incredible view. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet, intimate stay!"

"It is truly a wonderful place. Hidden away from the main road, quaint and quiet, beautifully created and maintained farm living. The owners live on the property and have taken their time to create this oasis. Be it the room or the service or the wonderful breakfast - everything hits the mark. We are definitely going back and staying longer. "

"This property is the hidden gem of the Tuscany region and is a must stay for anyone visiting the area. Our room was large enough for 3 adults (loft area with a single bed) and the view from the suite was spectacular. Breakfast was also fantastic (not included but worth the 10 euro per person). This is a family run small hotel with great staff and service. 5 star review!"

"She's a beaut! This property definitely captures the iconic Tuscany essence in the fullest. Would highly recommend making a reservation for dinner at the 'in house restaurant' while visiting. Make sure to talk to the host about specific transportation needs if you do not have a car upon arrival. It is fairly tucked away as far as closeby hubs."

"This property was a perfect get away for my girlfriend and I. We stayed here for 2 nights and wished we would’ve gotten to spend more time with them! "This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. "
