"The property is about a 2 block walk to Lover's Point and 2 blocks to the main strip of stores in Pacific Grove, so a great location. Quiet street with many historic homes, this one is from 1906 (I think). It has been modernized with a nice soaring ceiling in the main living space, a lovely loft sitting area with a fireplace, skylights and a very functional layout! Fun backyard deck with a gas fireplace, chairs and a small hot tub perfect for 2 people. The living space also has a fireplace so...

"We were in Pebble Beach for a family reunion/celebration of life for my parents. Several reviews have noted that the property felt dated and in need of updates. It didn't occur to me until we settled in how the space would feel and hold our memories with my parents. This was their era and we felt at home and with their spirits around us. "Such a wonderful stay for our group of six! The house was immaculate with plenty of space to spread out. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ocean. A few minutes drive to Carmel and 17 mile drive. Would definitely stay again, the neighborhood is so quaint and safe."

"Our three generation family flew in from across the US to spend a long weekend in Pacific Grove. The house is quite roomy and well appointed. The grandkids loved the quirky nooks, twin bedrooms, and large living spaces. Much of downtown Pacific Grove is within walking distance, as are parks and Lovers' Point on the bay. There is no yard at the house to speak of, but several parks are within a 6 block radius. We'd love to spend more time at this rental, should the occasion arise. "
