Evasion ensured through the recreation area enjoyed by the installation of his residence, suitable for young and old heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hamamm. Very charming apartment ideally located
We had a lovely family time, ideally located to make the ski holidays' logistic as smooth as possible. ESF starts at the corner, little supermarket with good products & bakery just in front. Ski lift just next door and you can ski back to the place.

Fantastic chalet!
Highly recommend this chalet - central location, cosy living space and well equipped for breakfasts/cooking dinner! Basement spa was a lovely addition after skiing! Chalet is better than the photos :)

Fantastic apartment
We loved this apartment. Plenty of room for 8 people. Amazing views. Fully equipped. Fluffy towels, pool towels. Loved the sauna. Communication was excellent. We were met at the door by concierge Thibault who was really helpful. The vrbo listing shows the apartment in the centre of Montgenevre on the map but it is actually in the Obelisk area. It is ski in ski out to the Chalvet lift and right next to Piou Piou. Spar and centre of town are an easy 10 minute walk. There’s a boulangerie about 2 minutes walk away. 10 minutes walk to loads of restaurants. We would definitely return.

This is a lovely apartment. It is spacious and attractive. It has everything that a family needs for a week self catering. It was lovely to have a pool and sauna etc. The owner is kind and communicates quickly. The concierge, Thibaut, is excellent and very helpful indeed. The apartment is located in L'obelisque area, so it is a little quiet and less shops etc. For most restaurants etc you need a walk into the town 10-15 minutes. It is not quite ski in and ski out, but not far off! We would recommend this apartment and really enjoyed our stay here.

A beautiful apartment with luxurious features suitable for families.
The apartment is well located in the obelisk area of the resort. The bedrooms are well presented with 2 on each floor, the upper floors have vaulted ceilings so the children loved them. Well appointed bathrooms (large shower room on the upper floor) easily accommodated 2 families (4 adults 4 children). The cosy living dining open plan floor accommodated us all in comfort. It was a little too cold to enjoy the balcony but panoramic views of the mountain were stunning. The rear of the property overlooks the luge and obelisk ESF area ( in high season). As we were late season it was not ski in / out but I am sure this works well when snow permits with on site boot room. The added bonus of the private spa added a touch of luxury to our stay, the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing which we mostly had to ourselves. Great concierge service and information from the owner ahead of our stay to accommodate our arrival and departure times that meant we maximised our time in the slopes. We would certainly return again to this apartment and would highly recommend it.

Fabulous week
We stayed in Chalet K for a week in January. Our group was made up of 4 adults and 4 children and the accommodation was spacious enough for us all. The children loved the upstairs bedrooms and spa area. The chalet was well equipped and beautifully presented. The wifi signal was quick.

Amazing.
This truly is an amazing apartment. It is so comfortable and the attention to detail was fabulous. The owners have thought of every little thing that you would need in a self catering accommodation. I would rate this apartment interior a 5 star accommodation. The apartment is cosy and warm and the location and ski in ski out facilities were great. The service provided from both the owners and concierge were very efficient and informative. This is our second time skiing in Montgenèvre and our first stay in Chalet K, we will definitely use this accommodation when we return to Montegenvre. I can honestly say you will not be disappointed if you book this accommodation.

Lovely chalet in a wonderful location.
We had a great week in Montgenevre in late March 18. Great snow conditions, great skiing for beginners, intermediates and some really nice off-piste options for the more adventurous. The chalet is perfectly located next to the slopes on the Chalvet side, immediately next to the ESF Piou Piou and within 200m of ESF school, ski rental shops, boulangerie and mini market. The chalet has great facilities including heated ski locker and lovely pool and spa facilities which we used every day. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Top séjour !
Nous étions 2 familles avec des ados et avons passé un excellent séjour au Chalet K. L'appartement était en tout point conforme à la description, très bien orienté, avec un accès facile aux pistes. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance avec le temps, une couche de neige toute fraîche le premier jour et un petit rappel en milieu de semaine, pour le reste, grand bleu. La liaison vers l'Italie était moins simple que prévue car trop tard dans la saison, mais accessible en voiture à 20 min. Cela vaut la peine de faire l'effort. Nous avons été séduits, nous reviendrons !

Un appartement magnifique à la décoration soignée, idéalement situé avec vue magnifique.
Un grand merci aux propriétaires Philippe et Sylvie pour cet appartement magnifique et très chaleureux. On s'y sent de suite comme à la maison, avec tout ce qu'il faut comme ustensiles de cuisine, électroménager et même livres et jeux de société! L'appartement est très bien conçu, avec des chambres magnifiques. Parents et enfants ont de suite pris leurs marques! La vue du salon est vraiment superbe et on aurait aimé profiter de la grande terrasse si le temps nous l'avait permis! Le spa et la piscine sont bien appréciables après le ski. La situation est idéale, près d'une excellente boulangerie et d'un petit supermarché avec des produits de très bonne qualité. L'Esf est également juste à côté! Nous avons apprécié aussi le local à ski spacieux, chauffé, au rez de chaussée, et qui s'ouvre avec la meme clé que l'appartement! Bref, nous avons déjà envie de revenir!

This 4 bedroom apartment is very high quality with good size bedrooms, very large bathrooms and a lovely open plan kitchen and living area and with a wonderful view. The furniture is all good quality and the interior design is alpine with a modern feel, the presentation is homely and welcoming. Un sejour parfait !
Cosy, chaleureux, décoré avec charme et élégance, cet appartement est idéalement situé au pied des pistes. La configuration des pièces permet à chacun d'avoir son intimité tout en profitant de lieux communs conviviaux avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la montagne. La piscine et le spa apportent à cet appartement un espace détente appreciable après une longue journée de sport! Nous avons passé un agréable sejour et ne pouvons que vous recommander d'y aller au plus vite!

Les copains d'abord....
Grosse inquiétude avant le départ, peu de neige cette année. Arrivée vers briançon avec les flocons et l'accueil telephonique chaleureux et rassurant des propriétaires. Sur place, accueil de Marie et Paul avec une bonne humeur contagieuse. L'appartement, perché au dernier étage du chalet est tout simplement magnifique. très propre, super équipé, une déco bluffante, Rapide repérage au niveau fonctionnel : local à ski privatif et chauffé au pied même de la piste. une seule et même clé nous ouvre l'appartement, le garage, la piscine, le local à ski, super idée... coté cuisine : parfait, rien n'a été oublié des fondamentaux de la montagne, même une superbe poêle à crêpe très fonctionnelle. Les commerces tout proches sont très complets et très accessibles à pied : la superette à 150 m de l'appartement propose des plats cuisinés maison avec un rayon fromage et charcuterie au top. l'après ski au sauna, hamam, jaccuzzi ou piscine est un grand moment. Bref un séjour très sympa à recommander sans problème
