De superbes vacances
Dix jours de location que si sont incroyablement bien passés. La propriété est idéalement située et permet de rejoindre la plage à pieds en 5 à 10min selon la vitesse de marche. Les instructions pour trouver le logement ainsi que celles à l'intérieur pour la mise a disposition des lieux sont très claires. Mme la propriétaire est une personne très agréable et très aimable, et mention spéciale aux voisins qui se son montrés très avenants.

Proche de la plage
Facile d'accès, proche de la plage. Terrasse agréable et bien isolée par écran de verdure. Proche d'une route très passante. Maisonnette encombrée par beaucoup d'affaires personnelles, difficile de trouver de la place. La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous. Le nettoyage est assuré que par les locataires à mon avis, ou alors, il faut songer à changer de la personne en charge.

Notre location était pendant la période de la fête du Grau avec des courses de taureaux. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, proche de la plage, du centre ville, de la Grande Motte. Tout est accessible soit à pied soit à vélos (mis à disposition)

Séjour à la Mer
A la l'arrivée nous nous sommes rendus compte, que malheureusement qu'il n'y avait pas de suivi entre chaque location. Exemples: la télécommande n'était pas ranger à la place indiquée par les propriétaires, la vitre du four qui nous reste dans les mains à l'ouverture ( en commun accord d'enlever la vitre suite à un appel avec les proprio mais du coup pas d'utilisation du four pendant le séjour) et le ménage laissait a désirer, parasol qui etait malheureusement cassé à l'ouverture. Pas de place pour ranger ces affaires. Le point positif de ce séjour, résidence très calme avec une place de parking privée. 10 min de la plage à pied.

Parfait Deux vélos en bon état. La télécommande pour le parking se trouve sur la table. L'emplacement du parking n'est pas facile à trouver, une fois trouvé la voiture reste à l'ombre toute la journée. Superbe séjour.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Kleine Ferienwohnung in der alles vorhanden ist, was man in einem Urlaub benötigt. Es ist viel mehr vorhanden als im Inserat beschrieben. Die Lage ist ruhig, nahe beim Meer und auf der anderen Seite befindet sich ein Pinienwald.

kleines Reihenhaus an viel befahrener Straße
Es ist ein kleines Reihenhaus in einer Wohnanlage, an sich sehr schön. Der kleine Vorgarten ist nicht direkt einsehbar und so kann man ungestört draußen sitzen. Die viel befahrene Landstraße gegenüber ist aber sehr laut. Das Haus selber ist sehr klein und große Menschen haben Probleme, sich darin zu bewegen, besonders weil die gesamte Wohnung zugestellt ist mit Möbeln und Utensilien, die man nicht unbedingt alle braucht. Da sind die Fotos nicht aktuell! Es gibt keinen Platz für die eigenen Sachen, Koffer und Taschen kann man in den Schlafzimmern nur auf den Fußboden legen, es gibt keine freien Flächen oder Schränke. Schlafen können dort nicht mehr als zwei Erwachsene, und die dann aber in einem Bett, wenn nicht einer ins Hochbett krabbeln will. Insgesamt nicht sehr sauber, weil überall so viel herumsteht. Da hatten wir dann aber auch kein schlechtes Gewissen wegen dem Hund :) Trotzdem haben wir den Urlaub genossen, die Lage ist gut, der Strand und ein Spaziergebiet mit Wald sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé une semaine détendue dans cette maison près de la mer. Les grandes plages sans trop de monde sont bien agréable en avril. Nous avons profité du centre équestre qui est à côté de la maison. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et tranquille. Les propriétaires sont accessibles, sympathiques et à l’écoute 👍

Maison proche de la plage
La maison est proche de la plage mais un peu loin des animations et commerces du centre ville pour qui ne peut pas faire de vélo. La maison serait plus accueillante si elle n'était pas aussi encombrée : on ne sait plus où mettre nos propres affaires. La propriétaire a pris la peine d'appeler en cours de séjour et nos échanges téléphoniques ont été très cordiaux
