The place is a studio in basement with one Queen bed size that can conveniently sleep two people. It has a large storage that you can keep extra of your belongings. Bedding and towels are provided.
It is a studio basement , you will be the only ones on board. you will not share anything and you have your own private entrance.Though there is no kitchen, yet you have micro-wave and fridge
You will not share anything.
The one bathroom is for you alone.It is a standard studio with a passage ,all for you alone.
Close to highway 20 west and to all facilities, the mall is a walking distance
A couple street in one of the most beautiful parks in L'ile perrot, Park where children can have fun in large playgrounds
Several very good restaurants are located in the area and some trendy bars will satisfy the night birds.
you have a private parking space that can take two cars
The train station is 10 minutes walk from the housing, train to downtown Montreal is 20 minutes
It is good either for a vacation or a vacation with friends or family; for an internship or a professional stay

Owner Canceled on the day of our arrival
My wife and I booked this stay months in advance, received immediate confirmation and paid on the spot. Fast forward to check in day, we’re driving into Montreal and hadn’t received check in instructions yet, so message the host asking for the instructions only to receive a cancellation response and be told the system showed we hadn’t paid so he rented to someone else. Again, we paid when we made the booking and if there was any question on the owner’s end, why he never reached out to me I have no clue. My theory is that he later realized he could charge a much higher rate than we paid because it was the weekend of the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Since it was the weekend of the Grand Prix , there were very little accommodations available and the prices were absolutely ridiculous. We wound up having to stay in 3 place in 4 nights and pay quadruple the amount.
