"The staff were amazing, however the hotel was not as close as we had hoped to the Carribean park festival grounds. You wouldn’t want to walk it, put it that way. The hotel rooms are lovely, super clean, well equipped and the filtered water on our level was great, we wished there had been an ice machine as going down to reception for ice got a bit tedious. The beds are comfy but the pillows are not - we even had our pillows swapped by the lovely staff for memory foam but even those were too flat....

"Beds were a bit too soft besides that was great . Bws a family bistro or a sports bar to have meals at . Not aure what the go with breakfast options are outside of the weekend 8am week day no clue. but we went on a lovely 6 minute walk up the road the a garden place where theres and old tram and a shop thay sells all kinds of stuff and good food so we had great coffee and breakfast and bought some things. So worth walking "
