"We had a lovely Christmas visiting our family. The house was perfect with plenty for our family of 5 and a kitchen for preparing food to take to lunch and a large dining table to have a meal with friends. It was lovely and cool in the heat and the evenings were peaceful watching the birds on the lake and amazing sunset views. The kids loved the park at the end of the court. "

"We had an amazing stay and will be definitely staying there again. The room was big and clean for such a reasonable price. The view was nice of the mural across the street, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The reception service on arrival and during was 10 stars and very friendly. "Couldn't get any communication from Will, found key in the letterbox but we could not stay there, absolutely disgusting condition, clothes everywhere, mold growing in pots, toothbrushes, used unwashed linen, beds unmade, basically crap everywhere. We could not stay one night in this property, had to book a motel elsewhere. "

"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"We had a lovely stay at Zankersfarm. We got to see chickens, pigs, cows, pick garlic flowers, and learn a little bit about sustainable farming from our amazing host Tracy. "Our booking for this property was made in February 2024, on the morning of our check in after attempting to find out where to collect our key, we were notified that this property was double booked. We had soccer competitions this weekend and everything Shepparton was booked out. No notification in advance, no email and no call. Absolutely terrible!"

"10/10 it is my favourite motel so far. The lovely receptionist that greets you on check in and looks after you during your stay is a highlight. She got everything I asked for instantly, and even made our room available to us so we could stay for longer at the motel. The best part is you never got harassed during any part of the day by any other staff. You felt safe, it was quiet and for once i felt comfortable to use the pool and spa and could leave and go the shops, knowing my room was locked and safe. Even to just ask for extra towels or for toiletries, more milk...anything you needed was done, without any judgment or dirty looks from the staff that usually occur when you stay else where. It was homely and we would love to stay as long as we can here and will be definitely recommending this hidden place to everyone back in Perth. The spa bath in room 1 is amazing, first time 2 tall adults can actually fit comfortably and the aircon was always set perfect. Very Clean, No complaints at all! "
