"The room was very clean. The food from the restaurant buffet was very good. The natural beauty of the area was outstanding. I enjoyed the balcony quite a bit. It was also very enjoyable to have an onsite bar. The room and hotel could stand some updates, but, of course, it is a state park and all that depends on state funds. My biggest complaint is that the nearest ice machine was not working. I also felt the beds were a bit small for to be classified as queen size, but that could be just me."

"I didn’t like that the Red Roof Inn, which was great, sat across from the Days Inn, which was terrible. I’m from around there and if the condition of the Days Inn is the last memory on a persons mind I’m ashamed."

"Overall great stay. Only things i could mention to future stayers is to be mindful if you are staying at lodge downstairs, the upstairs floors are very creaky so this can be quite noisy with people walking back n forth if your staying downstairs like we did. Also the restaurant on site is decent. I do wish they had more options and did the buffet during the week but they didnt. So we ate there twice and then also in town which I highly recommend Cattlemans if your looking for a good steak!"

"We enjoyed our weekend stay. The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. The property was so pretty that we spent little time inside and most around the fire pit and screened in ground level. "

"The cabin and property were immaculate and the perfect size for 2 to 4 people. Location is easy to get to and near to several marinas. Easy driving distance from Natural Bridge and Carters Caves. Also great location to just sit back and relax. Cabin has everything you’ll need to enjoy your time there."
