Our TV did not wk, a work order was put in by the staff, when the head engineer came in the next morning not only did she replace our TV , she replaced it with a bigger size. She was very friendly and carried on like we have been friends.forever. I definitely would recommend this hotel. Very nice. Stay quiet clean relaxed atmosphere and you can walk down in back of the hotel to the waterfront. Very nice.

This property met my expectation for the Hampton Inn brand. The free breakfast had a good selection and rotating menu daily. The waterfront area in the back of the hotel had nice views. My room was clean and everything worked well. It was easy to find a parking spot even on the weekend.

Love the location. However, the hotel is getting very old and needs upgrading. Bedding needs to be updated. We been coming there for years and they have same old messy bedding covers. We were on water view side and our window was extremely dirty. Lots of upgrades are needed but staff was extremely helpful and nice.
