I recently stayed at Fiesta Inn Amtozanoand while there were some drawbacks, the overall experience was positive. The room was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great care in maintaining the rooms. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. As a VIP guest, I was supposed to receive a complimentary beverage, but unfortunately, it never arrived. The room was smaller than I anticipated, and the layout wasn’t ideal—having the bathroom door directly facing the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work, which was inconvenient. I was also surprised to find that I was charged for parking, even though it was supposed to be complimentary. This felt like a bit of a letdown. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and the overall ambiance of the hotel were commendable. With a few adjustments, this could easily be a fantastic stay.

Rooms was very small, it had a great view of the city but the windows were so dirty that you couldn’t take a nice picture. The sink didn’t have a plug. Everything looked modern but cheaply made. When we arrived no one came to the car to help with the luggage, even though they saw us they waited until we were at the reception.

El hotel está está ubicado en las cercanías del lugar de un evento familiar y por ese motivo nos hospedamos aquí. Las habitaciones son muy sencillas y reducidas. Lo más incómodo fue tener el baño dividido en tres partes. El aire acondicionado es la única ventilación con que se cuenta, está dirigido hacia las camas y no es posible apagarlo por las noches.
