It was clean is about the only thing I can say about it. Not handicap accessible, bathroom not handicap accessible. I stayed in a supposedly renovated room, but the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and water damaged. Run down property, other not so pleasant surprises as well. I was supposed to stay 2 nights and left after one night.

Usually have good luck with this property as we come once a year, but this year the property is as in disarray, and my room has bugs, i found 2 in the sheets, and multiple in the bathroom, disappointed with trip this year

Other than the exterior being painted we had a great stay. The attendant working the complimentary breakfast was great. She kept the area spotless and kept the food warm and full. 👍

Theu were doing renovations on the outside, painting, etc. Fumes in the room were very strong but after speaking to front desk staff we were switched to a better room that turned out to be great! We would stay here again if needed, was quiet and safe. Theres a Cracker Barrell, Hardees and gas station with in walking distance

The staff is so nice and the lobby is lovely. The construction wasnt terrible, but the parking was not easy. Many trucks parking parallel and taking up 3-4 parking spots. Same in the evening with large trucks. My only complaint about the room was the pillows. We had 2 queens. One bed was fine the other had 4 pillows, two with stained pillow cases and the pillow was created using cubed foam and i swear from 1970. Other than that, it was a nice place to stop for a night. The construction wasnt horrible with sound. We appreciated the water and cookies.

The hotel was under construction and we were not aware. At times it was loud but not too bad. Overall, the room was nice and clean. The hotel was clean from the areas we were in and the construction wasn’t much of an inconvenience just not expected.

Room was unclean, stinky, & noisy. The doors to the building..the entrance ways the locks were disabled with tape. The sliding glass door way lock didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Price was high but didn’t warrant that cost. Only thing that was good was the free breakfast and the attendant, who kept the breakfast bar filled. I would never stay at a Best Western due to this one and only experience.
