Very Clean, well maintained property with terrific staff! The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up extending our original dates and despite having to change room type (due to sell out) the transition was smooth and easy. This hotel is within an hour or so to several attractions and parks surrounding the beautiful Smokies. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The room doors were so very heavy for this 75 year old. How the heck I managed was super natural. When I asked at the desk about it; the clerk responded, “I’ve not heard of any complaints about our doors.” REALLY! Well now you have!!!!!

Clean room, delicious breakfast, great amenities and simply a wonderful home away from home. The hotel staff from check in to breakfast are absolutely fantastic. We will book and stay again.
