"Lovely property but it’s starting to show signs of deferred maintenance. Damaged flooring in the room I stayed in. I took pics & showed the front desk clerk when I checked out. I will continue to stay there when I travel to Morro Bay. "

"This is the fourth time we’ve stayed here. Good value, clean. Would recommend to others if you’re fine with a simple no frills motel. Nice perk they have a Keurig in the room which are much better than the drip coffee makers with terrible coffee. The only drawback (for me) is the ceramic coffee mugs/water glasses… I never trust that they’ve actually been washed between customers. I bring my own travel mug and use that. "

"Location, cleanliness, and staff are excellent. The heating system was an older style and was loud. So if you are a light sleeper, that might be an issue to you. I just turned the system off during the night so I could sleep. Didn’t take long to heat the room in the morning. Nice view from our room. Very quiet in the hotel but we stayed there on a Wednesday and Thursday during off season. Nice couples get away for relaxing and visiting friends and family."

"Hotel is excellent, staff were all very friendly, breakfast is included every morning. The rooms are very nice and our had a jetted tub. For us the bed was to firm and we would be sore the next morning. It my be perfect for others just not us. Walls are thin, we could hear the neighbors conversations very easily. Other than those 2 small issues it's a great place to stay. I'll definitely rebook the room again "

"Clean and quiet. Walking distance to downtown and waterfront shops and restaurants. Arrived after midnight. Electronic door key fob was in a lockbox, they texted me the combo. That made it very convenient, didn't have to bother anyone. Friendly housekeeping, did a great job."

"Very clean and cute little inn! Definitely recommend if you need a last minute place to stay. It’s within walking distance of pretty much everything and is super nice and quiet"
