We asked for full room makeup and it was provided with a smile. The property was neat, clean and felt secure. "Great location! Walking distance to Embarcadero and downtown. Staff is wonderful; always helpful. Continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Roman hot tub was a nice treat after sightseeing all day. One negative thing: we were on the first floor; we can hear heavy footsteps from the above floor."

"Clean and quiet. Walking distance to downtown and waterfront shops and restaurants. Arrived after midnight. Electronic door key fob was in a lockbox, they texted me the combo. That made it very convenient, didn't have to bother anyone. Friendly housekeeping, did a great job."
