Courtesy Update
We feel it is important to let you know what we are doing to provide a safe place for you to stay in these most unusual times.
The accommodation is a stand alone cabin set on 5acres in the rural countryside near the small town of Moruya. We believe this is a safe area to explore in peace and quiet.
In many ways the location is quite isolated, being on a dead end road there is little traffic.
The cabin only accommodates couples. We also cater for dogs and horses.
Denise and I spend a minimum of 2 hours to clean between clients and we pride ourselves on being very thorough.
This includes a full linen replacement. Check and rewash dishes and kitchen , all towels and dishcloths replaced with fresh ones. All door handles and surfaces disinfected.
We have confidence in what we offer and encourage you to come and enjoy and relax in these surroundings.
Naturally we understand there are many factors that will influence your decision to come and stay however we also ask that if you feel you cannot make it for any reason your earliest advice would be appreciated.
Keep well
Regards Paul and Denise

Awesome, fantastic place to stay
I have been here with my dog many times and nothing disappoints. Paul, Denise, and Winnie are fantastic hosts and always go out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Paul, in particular went out of his way to assist with my car, show us 4 wheel driving spots and some great sightseeing spots that we hadn’t visited yet. We highly recommend you come along and stay at this beautiful cabin. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Paul, Denice and Winnie. We will be back.

Clean, comfortable and private with a spectacular view from every room. Paul coukdn't be any more respectful or helpful. The deck is an excellent spot to sit and have a cuppa, read, or just sit and drink in the sounds of nature. Great spot to switch off and recharge. Highly commend this accommodation.

Bush get away
In the heart of nature, Bush Camp Life unfolds as a breathtaking oasis, featuring a cozy fire pit, vibrant green land, majestic trees, and lush greenery, all set against a stunning countryside backdrop. Nothing to do but enjoy free space and be absolutely drenched in nature. Fabulous area for us to unwind and have our dogs with us too. Just pack a bag of clothes and some food and that’s all you need.

Hide away heaven in cosy cottage
Our 2nd stay this time in winter but just as special, if not more. Loved our evenings sitting round the outdoor campfire, looking over the valley, watching the sunset, with the rising full moon and night sky full of stars and passing satellites. Our golden retriever had such a happy exploring and making friends with a visiting horse. It was so nice seeing our host Paul again, all his help and advise and especially our great chats.

Generally good, however we weren’t aware of the camping toilet which should feature higher in the listing rather than down the bottom. Lighting could have been better for reading etc. A beautiful place with a beautiful view.

Fabulous FigTree Cabin
We stayed 4 nights with our two Beagles. The property is fabulous for two people. It is picture perfect in it's setting and the hosts Paul and Denise are lovely and very helpful. We found it great to just get away and relax because there is no TV, just a radio and nature in all her majesty. Could not recommend Fig Tree Cabin more highly. We will definitely be back. The place to LOG OFF !
What a wonderful cabin amongst the gum trees to stay. Despite having phone reception, we just didn't feel inclined to look at them except for the weather. I can't recall enjoying listening to the radio for 4 days, relaxing, reading books, cooking on the bbq....complete serenity. Our dog had a hoot. Paul is a wonderful host, always making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely return.

Short break
The property was exceptional. Everything we expected for our short break for a significant birthday! Paul was very helpful with our inquiries from best places to eat and best places to see. It wasn't quite cool enough for us to use the fire pit or indoor fire. Books and games were provided, the bed was very comfortable and the yard fenced perfectly for our little cavoodle - we even had a dogsitter up the road for two times we couldn't take her with us. All in all it was very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing.

Sweet Self Contained Cottage, Spectacular Views
Stayed for four nights in this lovely cottage. Never tired of taking in the view. The cottage itself was super clean and well maintained. A lovely walk to take the dog on, she was right at home. Appreciated the good fenced yard too! A great pot belly stove for heating with an abundance of wood, thoughtfully delivered by the host, Paul Paul and Denise are incredibly hospitable and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with them and stay at their property. I would hope to make a return trip sometime ☺️

Lovely little cabin
We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Amazing views of the valley from the veranda and from the bed room which was the star of the trip. Plenty of firewood was supplied to keep us warm. When we arrived, we found the indoor Firepit and the outdoor fireplace was all set up ready to go. The cabin had pretty much everything we needed during our stay. It was very relaxing. We had some issues with the toilet but it was attended quickly. my only suggestion would be to have a proper toilet which will make this a perfect place to relax and unwind.
