The check-in was straightforward and quick, no lengthy delays or rude staff. The person at the front desk was polite and efficient, which is all you can really ask for. The amenities were basic, but functional. The bed was reasonably comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and there was a TV. What more do you really need for a budget stay? Look, if you're expecting luxury, this isn't your place. But if you're looking for a clean, no-frills hotel that won't break the bank, then this is a solid option. It's a good value for the money, and I appreciated that they clearly prioritize cleanliness, which is often overlooked in this price range. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I needed a budget-friendly option in the area. It's not fancy, but it's clean and gets the job done without emptying your wallet. "

The whole time we were there we received amazing customer service! Breakfast was the best we had in Egypt. Great location, can be a bit noisy at night but that's normal for Cairo."
