"Booked this for overnight stay as was watching an event at the Co-Op arena. Cheap Uber to get us there from this location £8. Great value for money here when you take into account breakfast buffet is included and there was a good selection on offer. Good and extensive menu for evening dining including a carvery, definitely something to suit everyone’s taste. The dining room was busy when we were there, however service was quick and with friendly staff. Food was great so no complaints on that...

"Lovely cosy little rooms with fabulous view. Well appointed, with a small fridge, massive shower, and instant oats and pastries left for you in case you wanted a snack in the morning. I would recommend arriving in the daylight if possible; partly for the view but also because the car park and approach to the rooms are poorly lit. Good value for money."

"Got charged at check out , even though we had already paid in full when booked weeks ago. Thankfully the morning reception staff spotted this error and put a refund through. Great staff, great atmosphere within the bar area. Everyone so friendly including all the other guests. I think it’s a Northern thing to be so friendly. Hotel a little tired in places. "Really loved staying at this hotel, room was small but comfortable. All the staff were friendly and the bar area was really nice and relaxed. Central location everything in walking distance. My only little negative was that there was no cups/mugs in the room to make a hot drink only paper cups "

"My friend and I stayed here as we were coming to the Sleep Token gig at Co-Op Live. The staff are so lovely and are attentive without being intrusive. Our room was one without a window, but it didn't matter, as we were there to get ready beforehand and sleep when we got back. Overall, our stay was great and the only things w disliked were the peeled/torn off paper on where a window might have been and the stained carpets in the corridors, but we know that things like that happen in busy places. We also paid for breakfast the next morning and that was good too - as many hot drinks, water or fruit juice you could drink if you want to, hot breakfast items (mushrooms, scrambled and/or fried eggs, hash browns, baked beans, bacon and sausages), breakfast cereals (Rice Krispies, Weetabix and corn flakes), bread to toast (white, brown or both) with butter, jam and marmalade portions, plus apples and oranges if you fancied some fresh fruit. The rooms seemed to be well sound-proofed too - we didn't hear anything from the other rooms around us (I think the hotel was near enough sold out due to both the gig and the match at the Ethiad) and we heard no complaints about us - we hadn't seen each other in ages, so even though we were both very tired, we stayed up late talking and laughing. If I go to stay in Manchester again I would consider going to stay at this hotel as a first choice, as it suited our needs, plus the beds are really comfy."

"Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a more than decent and very clean room. Only slight point of improvement - if I had to name one - was that the mattress was a bit hard / lumpy. But overall: great hotel, am definitely coming back"

"The Yotel rooms are functional without frills but bed is comfortable with great shower, plugs by the bed, open hanging space. The breakfast is great I absolutely love the tofu hash & tomato eggs (can’t remember dish name) never had that at any other hotel - I’d go there just for the breakfast!"
