"Hotel situato a metà strada, circa, tra stazione dei treni e centro città, quindi comodissimo per chi viaggia in treno. La nostra stanza era al terzo piano ed era grande, pulita e silenziosa. "We stayed in the apartment building behind the hotel. Room and bathroom was excellent, , lift was small, but there are stairs. Breakfast was included, just have to go to the main building and it was excellent, with a large selection and everything we ate was great. "

"The facility service was impeccable. They seamlessly arranged transportation to a hidden gem restaurant in San Giovanni, Osteria del Mirasole, and facilitated my transfer to the airport. However, the cleanliness of the washroom could use some improvement. Overall, my stay was peaceful and comfortable."

"Excellent reception staff, very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and modern, liked the layout of reception hall, bar and restaurant. 24 hour gym, always useful. The breakfast was good, hot and cold servings. Good value. Definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work."

"We loved the Social Hub in Bologna! The staff is very kind and its very close to the station, so it was easy for us to take day trips around the surrounding area. I could stay longer. It is also a student accommodation, but since we were on the third floor, we didn’t really hear students"

"Well located hotel within a few blocks from the Bologna train station and the Pinacoteca Nazionale. The room was spacious with modern features and squeaky clean. Staff was very courteous and customer centric. The double windows are not fully soundproof so expect some street noise during your stay. Overall, a great bang (pun intended) for your buck!"

"Phi hotel is right in the heart of the old town, within a few minutes walk to the main square. We stayed at an annexed apartment that's really spacious, with a kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms. The is parking for an additional fee, it's very tight and I had to be very careful to get in and out. However, a hotel staff was there to provide guidance which was a big help. We didn't need the car while we stayed at the hotel, and walked everywhere since it's so close to the old town center. I'd...

"Loved the fact that the room is quiet considering the close proximity to the airport and also staff very polite and helpful. On the other hand there is lots of mould around the windows which makes the room smelly and unhealthy! Furniture and fittings could benefit from an upgrade. "

"We spend two days at the hotel and the location is very central; the breakfast absolutely amazing and room was comfortable if small. The staff was very accommodating, they called me when our flight got delayed toensure that we were still coming, which was a first for me."

"Nice hotel but not close to the city. There is a bus stop just outside, and we waited for the bus there, but it just went right past us. Easy walk next door to a fabulous shopping center. Breakfast was worth it. We had trouble sometimes finding someone at the bar to get us drinks or ice. It was a restful stopover after several weeks on the road."
