"Where can I begin? Our stay was nothing short of magical. It was an amazing experience from the moment we stepped off of the plane, to our sad farewells on our last day. We didn't have a hard time locating Vaughn holding the Ladera sign at the airport (he was right there at the exit). As soon as we got in the cab we were offered chilled beverages and got to relax and enjoy the 45 minute scenic ride. The check-in process was seamless! Sherin was there waiting for us, with the famous and delicious Ladera punch. She was an absolute sweetheart and laughed and celebrated with us upon our first look at our room. I must say that the hospitality at this resort is out of this world. We felt very familiar with everyone. The room was absolutely perfect. Beyond my expectations and even more spectacular than the pictures! Before arriving I was worried about hearing our neighbors or having them hear us but I never heard anyone else. It felt like we had the resort all to ourselves. It was fully booked for Valentine's day so I was pleasantly surprised that it still felt so intimate and secluded. The room felt cozy despite their not being a 4th wall. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner privately at our table next to the pool with the gorgeous view! The room had everything we needed, but we still ventured out and explored the property. We fully enjoyed the nature trail and all of the other amenities there. I want to go back tomorrow. "This is a gem of a little resort. The views from the seaside suites are amazing. Because there are only 26 rooms you don’t have to deal with crowds and there is no battling to find a beach chair. The staff are just lovely. Home cooked meals with local foods! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the pool didn’t seem to be heated. Otherwise perfect! Will be back."

"Really lovely property built on a (steep) hillside around a calm, sandy bay. Lots of dining options (6 restaurants plus bars, coffee shop, ice cream parlour), plentiful (and very comfortable) sunbeds, lovely, smiley, chatty staff who really make the place so friendly and welcoming - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting St Lucia"

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"
