"Just a great experience overall. The staff were as friendly as friendly could be. We had a City View Room on the 27th floor. It was plenty of room for two of us, and very comfortable. Liked the mini fridge and microwave. Absolutely great location for Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Lincoln Center, and subway options very close to take you anywhere you want to go. The only negatives were there can be a bit of a wait at times for the elevators, especially since staff uses them...
