Hyatt House is good for a nice comfortable stay. I come here occasionally and have always been satisfied. I get a full studio apartment essentially, its clean, and i have great parking. All that really matters to me, and they dont break the bank at all.

Nice quiet area. Room was spacious. The area and windows outside needs to be swept and clear of spider webs. I didn’t like the fact I had to walk up 3 flight of steps. Besides that the inside was nice and clean. Will stay again but will request to b on a lower level.

We have stayed at this location before. It is very convenient with access to all the major highways. The property overall is nice but the room we got this time was in need of maintenance and a much better cleaning. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed before we arrived. There was no broom in the room to clean anything up. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and there was no washcloth or sponge to do the dishes. They do provide dish soap and paper towels. The kitchen faucet was difficult to operate as it needed to be repaired and the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The bathroom drawers and cabinets were also dirty. The breakfast is very good and varied from day to day. We have not had the same experience in the past with the cleanliness and maintenance so I do hope it's not an ongoing issue.

The staff in the front desk are excellent especially the lady in the morning shift. The room is clean but missing the regular stuff in the bathroom soap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Also the towels are dirty. The floor in the shower room is very slippery they should provide nonslip shower mat.

There were no pillows, sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. When I asked, I had to go get them, they wouldn’t bring it to the room. The flat sheet we were given had a stain on it. Also, I didn’t know about the $250 hold until I checked in.
