" I received email from manager that hotel is closed ( day before staying in hotel) due to some government issues and got directed to other hotel . Even though Chitra was helpful it wasn’t hotel I would chose and it added stress to my 32 hrs flight not knowing exactly where I’m staying ."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Mount Lavinia hotel. From the bellman to housekeeping to front office hotel manager & reception staff were alway so helpful , professional taking excellent care of their hotel guests and they are superb in their hospitality skills. The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet, The local dishes seemed like it was water down to westerner’s palates, very bland dishes and most of the hot dishes were cold example porridge & congee was cold and I had 4breakfasts...
