"Property was wonderful for a fall getaway. Everything was clean and organized. Labels and clear directions for the lights and heating. Enjoyed slow mornings with a cup of tea, sitting in the sun on the porch. Days spent hiking in the area - there are plenty of hikes within a half hour of the house and a rail trail within 10 min if you’re looking for something easy. Evenings reading on the comfy couches and soaking in the hot tub under the stars. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants...

"We had a great stay at this property! The house was extremely comfortable, clean, and stocked with the basic essentials. The location was amazing, right next to the Esopus creek we were able to enjoy the yard, and quick drives to Phoenicia and hiking trails. We would definitely stay again!"

"This is a really cozy cabin in a quiet, well-located area of NY state. Close to Woodstock and Phoenicia. While staying here, we visited many places including Woodstock Brewing, Phoenicia Diner, the towns of Phoenicia and Woodstock, Emerson shops.
