"We booked this location as a last minute overnight vacation for our small family and it was wonderful. The hotel staff were so kind and accommodating to parents, they even had stuffed animals ready for my toddlers, and the best parent and kid friendly breakfast buffet. "I’ve stayed at this place before! Room was clean and renovated. This time, my room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink counter and hair in the shower. Also a dead spider. Additionally for check in - they were supposed to send a code so I can get through my room door. Didn’t get the message about my check in codes and contacted hotels.com to inquire. "
