"I did not like the fact that I had to re register as guest because, my registration was cancelled at 1700 on the day of my check in by Expedia. I was not given an adequate explanation, and I was informed that I should have called before 1500 to confirm that I was checking in. None of this was in writing in the booking instructions. i do not plan on using Epedia and I will not reccommend."

"It was a very nice hotel. One issue was the pool was closed when we checked in and I had called to ask about it just 45 mi ties earlier and was told it was open. Pretty disappointed kiddos! But it opened the following day. Also the breakfast is a hit and miss. They ran out of syrup for the pancakes the first day of our 3 day stay and never bought more. But didn’t tell anyone u til after we all made waffles. Very limited on breakfast foods. Felt like they could t keep up with a full hotel. All...
