"Reserved a room for my daughter who was visiting Galway from Dublin, for a day. My decision was based on location and other positive guest reviews. The hotel lived up to it's positive rating; my daughter loved her stay. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the main train/bus station and everything is in walkable distance to it with lot's of dining spots all around. The room was neat & clean with a comfortable bed. Would stay here again."

"The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. Thank you both, and look forward to visiting again soon! "

"The Snug House is a great jumping off point for exploring Galway as its very conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind and made all the difference at the end of a long travel day when my room was ready early! The rooms are not large, really just a place to sleep at night, but have thoughtful design choices to accommodate luggage storage. "We liked the hotels lobby and common areas were huge and modern.. the staff was friendly and helpful when we need anything .. Our room needed more dusting but everything else looked clean and the beds were really comfortable.. rooms are spacious.. Laundry was unconventionally so far .. but free which was nice (as we are traveling for 3 weeks) We loved Galway and your hotel "

"The location can't be beat. It is literally on Eyre Square in the heart of Galway, right next to 10 Euro a day carpark and 2 minute walk from the Train station. The breakfast was huge and tasty. I will definitely return. The part that stood out was the customer service! From reception to the dining room to the cleaning staff everyone was so nice and went above and beyond the usual. They didn't just help. They took the time to chat and offer advice. It was so welcoming. WELL DONE TO ALL!"

"The cottage was very comfortable. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The location was central to all the places we visited. We enjoyed our daily drives through the countryside and having a relaxing place to stay when we returned each evening. On our final day, we enjoyed touring the local area and found that there was plenty to do in or near Mountshannon. It was nice taking a break from driving. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early...
