4**** (DTV) Holiday home, modern and lovingly furnished for up to 8 people.

(Show DTV certificate ...) Our 5 star holiday home was completely renovated in 2014 and converted into a low-energy house.

The modern and comfortable holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people.
Of course, TV and Wi-Fi are available. A safe for your valuables is also included.
Pets only on request. Our house is a Non smoking home, there you will find an ashtray.





On 160 square meters you will find

- 4 separate bedrooms, which are each equipped with a double bed and chest of drawers or cabinets. Two of our bedrooms have a starry sky, which make for a cozy atmosphere,

- 2 bathrooms, each equipped with shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Washer and dryer can be found in the bathroom on the ground floor.

-The Kitchen is equiped with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, blender, mixer, egg cooker, spices etc,

- In the living room allows a large picture window looking into the nature.
TV, DVD - player, Playstation 2, games and stereo provide entertainment!

- The dining room with a table and chairs furnished sufficiently (a highchair is available). The open form is perfect for a pleasant chat,

- The gallery under the roof invites with its cozy sofas for a quiet read or music lesson,

- The outdoor complex is a wooden - terrace with garden and possibility of barbecue, a large table with chairs and garden chairs, which serve to summer relaxation,

- Garage and a parking place belong to the house

Een super mooi en schoonhuis. Slaapkamers (4), badkamers (2), keuken en woonkamer zijn na 10 jaar renovatie nog "als nieuw". 1 slaapkamer voorzien van een extra bed en campingbed. Rustig gelegen en een gezellige eigenaar. Zeker aan te raden als je een weekje rust wil met de bodensee op 14 KM afstand.

Wir, als Gruppe haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieter, es hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren die wir auch täglich gemacht haben. Wir werden Sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und selber auch wieder Ihr sehr schönes Haus anmieten. Un tres bon plan pour visiter la région

De retour sur le bodensee 50 ans apres notre service a l’armée a Radolfzell en 1976 nous avons tous ete ravis ce cette maison et de ses propriétaires bien sympathiques Nous étions quatre couples. Idéalement place pour visiter la lac côté allemand et autrichien ( pfander ) ainsi que la suisse pour les chutes du rhin Merci encore a la famille et son accueil et cette superbe et bien sympathique maison Ne pas hesiter c’est une très bonne adress

Schöner Aufenthalt

Tolle Ferienwohnung. Sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee war alles da. Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck in ausreichender Anzahl. Sogar eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung gab es. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Zum Bodensee sind es gerade mal 20 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Einfach super schön

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus mit Terrasse und Garten. Alle inkl dem Hund haben sich sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Es war alles perfekt und wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Der Bodensee ist nah und die Gegend für jede Art von Urlaub perfekt.

Ferien mit Hund

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Das Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert. Es ist sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch, dass man das Haus mit Hund nutzen kann.

Wohngruppe der Karlshöhe

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, wir konnten die Ruhe genießen. Wir sind jeden Tag an den Bodensee fahren, und viele schöne Ausflüge machen. Da wir eine Wohngruppe der Jugendhilfe sind, war das für uns ein wenig teuer, wir konnten aus Ausnahme in diesem Jahr ein so teures Haus buchen, wünschenswert wäre es gewesen, wenn es ein wenig günstiger gewesen wäre. Das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet, alle Zimmer waren top, wir hatten nichts zu beklagen. Gruß

Perfekt!

Wir (mein Mann, unsere 4 Kinder, unser Hund und ich) hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus ist einfach nur schön, bietet viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, hat eine tolle Küche mit einer top Ausstattung und liegt sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wirklich sehr gerne wieder!
