"When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."

"The property is very spacious. My kids and I loved how we all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. We also loved how we could cook meals in the kitchen. One complaint is that the tv is useless. It’s entirely in Chinese and you can’t alter the language, location, or access any local live tv or useful apps. The only thing that worked was YouTube. They need to fix this! The washer was also in Chinese and difficult to navigate the settings. "

"This hotel was beautiful, the service excellent, and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. This is a historical hotel which was a victim/and witness to the genocide of 1994. And yet they have carried on and risen above the horrific events of that time; and have turned this hotel into the beautiful place it is. There is a plaque at the front of the hotel commemorating the hotel staff that had been killed during this time of genocide. God bless these people for their courage in being able to move on with their lives. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to go to Kigali to stay at this hotel"
