"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received."

"We had a lovely stay at Gîte Douly. The property was exactly as described and was spotlessly clean. Communication was very easy and questions were answered quickly. The owners were very friendly and often stopped for a chat as we sat outside in the sun. We would happily stay again."
