"Great hotel but the hotel shuttle experience was very poor. Arrived at the airport around 2245 and by the time I got to the desk for the hotel shuttle service it was 2315….i waited until midnight but NO shuttle turned up. I was forced to take a taxi for €20 to the hotel. At check-in the night manager apologised and gave me a free shuttle ticket back to the airport in the morning. Maybe the shuttle is more reliable during the daytime but late evening do not rely on it. But thanks to the Hotel...
