Persona de contacto muy desagradable. El acceso mediante código funciona fatal. No nos ayudaron para alargar la estancia. Trato pésimo. The room was spacious with nice view, very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower which was much better than some 4* hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect, within short walking distance from everything. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to the city."
