"Staff was excellent in all respects; very responsive to requests. Rooms were clean and pleasant, if a bit small. Note that our room did not have exterior windows, and based on the layout, I'm guessing many/most of the rooms were like this. However, the rooftop lounge was very pleasant for hanging out if you wanted some fresh air and a view. The included breakfast was good. My only real criticism was that the area immediately around the hotel was not great — definitely not super clean and noisy...

"Our stay in Cuba was made memorable with the help of the owner, Ma. Teresa and her property Manager, Mirelis. They made sure that we have what we needed. Ma. Teresa booked for us a tour guide and a convertible and Mirelis helped us book a taxi and introduced us to a money changer who came to the apartment and exchange our $ to CUP! The apartment is very accessible to plaza Vieja and PLaza San Francisco and its a walking distance to almost all of the importanat sights.. We were never hungry...

"We had a wonderful time at Hostal Los Villanueva. We were welcomed by friendly Elias upon arrival and met Moises who work at the Hostal. They were very helpful and friendly, we felt like home! They not only looked after us but we had insightful talks with them and learned a lot about Cuba, very interesting! Our bedroom was super clean and comfortable, with bath walk-in shower, TV with a wide range of channels, fridge and air con. We highly recommend this Hostal. ❤️"

"The Havana Dream is a great place to stay in Old Havana. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious with add on extras such as toiletries bathrobes safe fridge etc. The Manager Beatrice and all the staff were so hospitable and responded quickly to anything i needed during my stay. Do take the breakfast there, its served at a big dining table in the lounge and is delicious. Cant thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay. Oh and its only a five minute walk to the Central park square....

"The room we had was great but the property does not have a Bay View as advertised. The images of the interior are unlike anything anywhere near our room. Our room was upstairs and accessible only by going back out to the street, unlocking a door and going up three flights of stairs.
