I had a pleasant 9-night stay at City Seasons, which I recommend for its location right next to a hypermart and near many dinning options. If you're going to Muscat, this is the area you want to stay in. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the staff was nice.

We were staying in the 2 bedroom flat, it was very convenient, used washing machine, big fridge and cooker. Swimming pool is warmed and there is a hot water jacuzzi on the roof as well. Many food points and supermarket in the hotel itself. Good location overall.

Excellent value for money

We had a great stay at the hotel. High-quality facilities, excellent value for money. Convenient location for visiting Muscat. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Decent hotel

We stayed in a diplomatic suite with family of five. Served us well. Price-Quality was fine. Nothing exceptional but nothing dissapointing either. Around there is good supermarket, good fish and Turkish reastaurant. Beach is about 1 km walk and it is nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was extremely comfortable and well tended by the cleaners. Breakfast was ok. However, the WiFi was awful and for that reason I cannot currently recommend this property. If the wifi situation is addressed by management, this property would be an acceptable choice.

Nothing overly great about this place, but it is fantastic value for the 1 bedroom apartments. My unit had some maintenance issues but when I called the front desk they were immediately resolved. Including a new washing machine and hot water tank. Very friendly and professional staff and a well equipped kitchen. Clean, comfortable, has AC and heat. I booked it again next week.

The hotel has nothing special. All the services I need are available. However, the manager was very kind and extended check-out from the hotel until 6 o’clock in the evening. This is can not find in any hotel.

Overall, a nice place. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the food served at the hotel I thought was very good. I can’t speak for all rooms but the one I was staying in did have to stains on the carpet, but isn’t rally that big of a deal. The room overlooked the courtyard below with a restaurant and shops and it was quite loud on the weekend until after 11 PM. Only other issue was the hot water in the shower would cool and lose pressure and then pressure would increase and the water temp would heat up almost too hot.

Smelly room

One of the worst hotel I stayed in. I was given a room that smells of damp. I asked to change and was given another one which smells the same. I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. You call the reception and they never answer.

Disappointing

It was ok. The window seals were damaged and therefore it was very noisy especially where you are located on the (busy) street side. The carpet was dirty. Towels were missing, reception did not provide them even after calling them, and the WiFi is limited to only a few devices so if you have a laptop, personal phone, private phone, you will be in trouble. Reception was rude and did not want to open access to more devices, I had to argue for a long time with them to get WiFi on my other devices. For a 4* hotel it is not appropriate to "beg" for WiFi.

Confortable et appartement très spacieux

Proche de tout les centres d’intérêt, pour ma part j’ai pris l’appartement qui était immense, très confortable, le service est parfait, le room service pour manger en chambre est très rapide et pas chère, le personnel est adorable, la piscine sur le toit avec la vue sur la mer est top, franchement rien à dire
