"I has a lovely stay at Concha y Toro 33. The stay, for me, was only a one night/one day quick stop over in Santiago so I had limited time. The staff was wonderful and very helpful - they provided great recommendations for activities and sightseeing. When the lock on my door malfunctioned and I got locked out of my room they immediately rectified the problem! Would definitely stay again!"

"What a welcome to Chile! This was my first accommodation in Chile and I was so impressed - the staff are so friendly and helpful. My room was lovely, and the breakfast is fantastic. "Great place to stay for a few nights! The location is close to the metro station and also to some landmarks like Palacio La Moneda y Plaza de Armas. Staff was polite, breakfast included, cool backyard and Pool. There was a kitchennette very convenient and in general, a great experience. The only low point is that the zone is a little bit dangerous, mainly during the night. Always try to return before is dark. With day light by your side there is nothing to worry about."

"Although I had Expedia gmail confirmation that the hotel was booked, they were not expecting me and were fully booked!! How can this happen?? Luckily someone had just cancelled so there was a room available. The hotel does not have any sign outside so it was very difficult to find and for a while I thought it did not exist!
