The receptionists are nice and very helpful. during the trip, my friend lost hist wallet during an excursion to the mountain, and someone collected it and return to a police station. The staff went out his way to drive us to the police station to pick up the wallet in the middle of the night. He just accepted verbal appreciation, but refused any money conpensation. "Great hotel, but the toilet was the wrong direction and difficult to use because the front was not facing the door. Had to walk in sideways to use the toilet. Bathtub is nice, bed is comfy. Parking is limited but if there are no spots they will park for you outside."
