Service was on point. The only thing that was a little hard it was the night time. No buses to the center, and last bus take off from the center at 6pm.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL! As a solo traveler, I felt safe and the entertainment at the beach was right up my alley! I was able to park my car at the hotel for free and breakfast every morning was phenomenal! The pool and easy access to the Super Paradise Beach Club and restaurants were also a plus! And, make sure to walk across the beach one night for some fun at Jackie O’s!!! They hosted the best drag show ever and I met some amazing people while staying here! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

We came to this resort for a wedding with 55 people in our group. They were fantastic and accommodating to our group basically taking over the whole resort. They offer discounts on the restaurants and water sports at the beach. Housekeeping came every day and the continental breakfast was really great! I have no bad things to say about this hotel. I would just warn travellers that it is expensive - everything in the mini bar including the coffee is an additional cost so be prepared and bring your own groceries. The fridges are small though.

Beautiful property, easy check in, spotless and easy access to beach. Nothing is included in the room, not even water, tea or coffee. A cup of tea was 4€. They do include breakfast which is very good so if you want tea later in the day it’s best to snag an extra tea bag at breakfast. Not walking distance to anything and far from the port. Very expensive transportation to the airport which is 10 min away.

The room was beautiful and well appointed. The food was good too. However, for the price, we found the service poor. Staff were pleasant enough but unhelpful and their attendance fell short of what you’d expect of a hotel charging this sort of price. Overall it was good but I’d not return.
