Wasn’t too impressed, room wasn’t like the pictures a little outdated, pillow cases were dirty, tub was dirty. Elevators were always hot and dirty hallways always smelled and water everywhere. A lot of the ice machines were out of order. But we enjoyed the bar and the food from the bar. Front desk was kind. Very convenient to the beach.

Property is misrepresented on Expedia website as well as the company website. After speaking with front desk (mostly Jamaica natives) with one Caucasian manager, each unit is owned by someone different. So they pretty much determine whether they update the unit or not. Some are severely outdated (20 years)some are just outdated (5-10).. the front desk has no idea what the inside of the units look like smh. Elevators barely work and are disgusting. Overall just pick somewhere else unless you’d stay at the red roof motel or something of that caliber

The staff was professional and courteous, a lot of smiles were given. Was nice having an ocean view room and really everything we needed was in a 5 mile radius. I do have to say the mattress was like sleeping on a pool table, had to soak in hot tub every day to be able sleep again. The parking garage is located across the street so make sure to get what you need from your car before you go to your room because you're not gonna want to come back out to get it. Depending on what floor you're on, it could take anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes just get from your room to your car.

Not a bad stay, it was near the beach and every room had a balcony which is always a great deal. The only bad thing was the "dirty" look the hotel has. The room when we stepped in was kinda dirty in the sense that IT LOOKED dirty, not that it was. The bathtub was horrible though, it was dirty that I showered with my beach sandals on.

I come over because my son liked the play ground to my surprise it had even worked for little while and they still promoted that which I think is not fair. Another thing is that they don’t put enough soap and shampoo in the shower they only put one little thing of soap no conditioner it all

Supposedly “resort” was in horrible old outdated conditions. The room I reserved supposed to been a water front ended up being a side view. Floors were cracked walls dirty toilet seat damaged. Room smelled horrible. All not stayed one night.. what a waste of time money & a 6 hour drive. Used my CC to pay half the stay when I reserved the room. Upon arriving Expedia didn’t apply the funds. I could go on & on… may be my last time using Expedia.

Its very outdated, the pictures posted are deceiving.The beds are hard as a rock, door was broke, it isn't the cleanest, take some clorox wipes and wipe things down.Thankfully the Ac worked well though.Once u check in you get no housekeeping, which is fine but to try and call for more towels or toilet paper is impossible. You walk down the hallways, and there's trash laying everywhere. None of the ice machines work.Its kinda in the not so good parts.Getting to and from your vehicle is very inconvenient. The best part of the stay was the Dj at the pool and the drinks at the tipsy turtle but a little on the expensive side. But if ur looking for a vacation spot, I guess it'd work to kinda sleep and shower.Oh and the shower unless ur super short ur not gettin under that, plus theres no water pressure at all. There is a small kitchenette and there is a walmart market next block over.I wouldnt recommend, but thats me.

Pools were cool that was it for me. Expensive outdated rooms. My wife noticed mold growing in the ceiling of the shower. We didn't have any hot water the whole stay..housekeeping came to the room super early, asking if we were really to leave. (Check out isn’t until 11 and it was well before 10.)My wife called to ask for a later checkout. Parking is horrible and far across the street. The hotel is not wheelchair friendly…my wife is temporarily disabled and was denied a late checkout. Not satisfied at all!!!

The toilet didn’t really want to flush I had to put my hand in the water part many times to get it to work. When I walked in the room smelled terrible I had to buy things to make it smell good. The refrigerator sounds very bad and the white people called us N but other that the water park was fun for me and my kids

I appreciate that the hotel has been renovating rooms and making the kitchens more modern. But the staff left the paint cans and brushes in my unit. I wonder if anybody does a quality control check. It was also a bad time to be in Myrtle Beach during Memorial Day weekend All the streets were barricaded, which made it difficult to enter and depart from the property. Lots of screaming kids around the property and parents don’t control them which is not the properties fault.
